All kinds of valves provided by our company are designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with GB, JB, sh.hg, CJ and other relevant domestic standards as well as ANSI, JIS, BS, DIN and other foreign standards.
The valve manufacturing accuracy of our company is guaranteed by process and tooling, and the design and manufacturing are strictly implemented according to relevant design and process standards. We have a complete and effective valve quality management system, and each valve production process is checked by professional valve inspectors. We conduct performance and pressure tests on each valve after each valve parts inspection and valve product assembly. Our company guarantees that all the valves provided are brand-new products with zero defects.
After commissioning, the valve shall be packaged and transported to the site designated by the customer.
If customer needs, professional customer service and technical personnel provide on-site onsite inspection, installation guidance, commissioning and technical training services to ensure that the valve works well under hot working conditions and seals well. Provide necessary valve technical documents and valve product qualification certificate for ex factory valve products.
The warranty period of Bestway valve is 12 months from the date of delivery, and the "Three Guarantees" service (including return, replacement and warranty) is implemented.
Respond quickly to customers' complaints about valve quality, and the after-sales service personnel shall rush to the site within 48 hours.
